We have almost finished the arduous task of analyzing just about 300 surveys! We are number crunching to figure out just what our population is like, the foot health care practices they take, and to figure out the prevalence of what lower extremity conditions our cohort self-reported.

Since the National Foot & Ankle Review did not publish for this past year, we decide to submit our review to the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association. We did a literature search to find all the research done so far on foot and ankle care needs of homeless populations. All articles emphasized the need to bring attention to this important public health issue. Currently under review by JAPMA - we look forward to publication!
